Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar | Half-Day Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted and transferred for local sightseeing. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Enjoy a scenic drive along the Boulevard Road beside Dal Lake. En route, visit a local Handicrafts Emporium, renowned for its hand-knotted silk carpets, Kashmiri shawls, and traditional jewelry.
After lunch, visit the Shankaracharya Temple, offering panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake.
Day 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
After an early breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg (53 km | approx. 2 hours), situated at an altitude of 8,700 ft. Known as the Meadow of Flowers, Gulmarg is a premier ski resort and home to the highest 18-hole golf course in the world.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and take an optional Gondola ride (Cable Car) up to Kongdori and Apharwat Peak for stunning views (tickets to be purchased directly).
Return to Srinagar in the evening.
Day 03: Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds), located around 95 km from Srinagar. En route, you may catch glimpses of saffron fields (seasonal) and the ruins of Awantipora.
In Pahalgam, enjoy a relaxing nature walk along the Lidder River. The area is also known for its trekking routes and serves as the base camp for the Amarnath Yatra. Optional pony rides or local sightseeing like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari can be arranged on direct payment.
Return to Srinagar by evening.
Day 04: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, leave for a full-day trip to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold), situated at an altitude of 9,000 ft (approx. 84 km | 2.5 hrs). The drive offers mesmerizing views of snow-capped peaks and lush valleys.
Explore the natural beauty and, optionally, hire a pony to visit Thajiwas Glacier — a popular spot during the summer months. You can also enjoy trout fishing in the Sindh River (permits may be required).
Return to Srinagar in the evening.
Day 05: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Kashmir.
