According to recent leaks, the Xiaomi 15S Pro will be similar to the Xiaomi 15 Pro, featuring a 2K quad-curve display and a Leica triple camera setup.
Development of the Xiaomi 15S Pro has been confirmed. In February, a Xiaomi phone with model number 25042PN24C appeared in the IMEI database, believed to be the 15S Pro. Later, a social media post also mentioned this phone, but it was deleted. Now, Xiaomi’s CEO has officially confirmed the existence of the 15S Pro model. Leaks suggest that the new Xiaomi phone will carry some of the same features as the current Xiaomi 15 Pro.
So far, there are no official teasers or promotional images of the Xiaomi 15S Pro. However, a tipster named DigitalChatStation shared a post on Weibo revealing a connection with Lin Bin (a Xiaomi co-founder), which hints at the device. While no specific features were shared in that post, it’s now clear that Xiaomi is working on the 15S Pro. The last phone in this “S” series was the Xiaomi 12S Pro, launched almost three years ago.
Recent leaks say that this phone will also have a 2K quad-curve display and a Leica triple camera setup like the Xiaomi 15 Pro. But the battery is expected to be the biggest upgrade this time. Reports suggest it may come with a battery larger than 6000mAh and support 90W fast charging. China’s 3C certification website has already mentioned this.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro might also include Ultra Wideband (UWB) connectivity, which was first seen in the Xiaomi MIX 4. This feature helps devices know their exact position, which means you could even use the phone to unlock the Xiaomi SU7 electric car.
